Dr Srinivasan already came highly recommended by a family friend. So when the VA hospital had a long waiting list for total hip replacement surgery and I was told I was allowed to seek a surgeon outside of the VA, the choice was clear. I had the right and left hips replaced with a 5 month interval. The outcome of the (anterior approach) operations couldn’t be better; minimal incision, the recovery time was faster than anticipated. My home care and physical therapists were raving about how well the procedures were done and how quick I was recovering. I’m a little over 3 months past my last operation and after the last post-operation-visit, Dr Srinivasan left me virtually without any restrictions and everything is recovering beyond expectations.
